Ryan,
Exactly. I can't believe that one can treat his boyhood club like that, not mentioning the mentoring from David Moyes and Co. DM really did a good job in developing him into a star, if he is. Read The Times (online version) today, they talk about the top 50 young players in the world. Dan Gosling and J Baxtor are on the list. The Times give credit to DM for the way he shaped WR couple of years ago.
No, I can't make the trip (to Manchester). It's on Monday.
Hey, you know what? I'm planning to watch Everton vs Stoke this March. (I planned to see Everton vs Hull but the Ryanair flight was just a little bit expensive, particularly after my Christmas trip.)
Hope you can make the trip and give your support to EFC. The push for European place next season.
Oh yes. He has just signed for Stoke City. Hope he won't break our hearts (again). I had high hope on him when we got him from Southampton. At that time he was my fav British forward (when he played for the Saints) next to WR.
Oh against two London clubs. Must be interesting. Hope we are still in contention for a Champs Leagus berth at that time. I always believe that if we, though admittedly rather difficult, can win all our following four games (including the FA Cup tie) I do believe that we can knock Aston Villa and Arsenal out.
In Christmas, a LFC fan told me a history. About thirty years ago, after Christmas, LFC was still in the sixth but they won the next 18 games out of 20 then they were crowned as the Champions. I still believe that this story can happen in Goodison this year.
To be honest, I won't say I'm not confident. But without Felli, it's going to be a little bit more difficult. VA has to do a lot more, if he is fit to play. Cahill and Felli formed an accidental lethal partnership upfront recently.
I'd be satisfied if we get the three points at Anfield and earn a replay fortnights later.
