到一號放映室看完HOT FUZZ,便可以到十三號放映室看NOTES ON A SCANDAL。

I admit that the scenario as stated is common for Chinese people. But do we know the reasons behind? Why Japanese or people in western people could be well trained? Have the Japanese or people in developed countries also gone through this "poor" character many years ago and "advanced" to the current mode?
I think one of the major reasons is our ex-president Mr. Mao has caused a lot of damage at his era, while at the same period other western countries has advnaced a lot.

In many circumstances, ppl in HK are v. differnt from the mainlanders. I think you really have to tell your colleague...esp the one who intended to ask you the "stupid" question...you have to "educate" him :P

Ppl of the same race are not necessarily the same.Just like the americans living in the middle/southern parts are different from those who live in the east coast or elsewhere...

i am seizing every chance to show them hong kong people is different from the mainland chinese. we are better. much much better. (and hope we will still be better in the decades to come.)

chairman mao really did much damage to this once elegant country.

china was once on the top of the world. chinese was once the best in the world.

a wrong ruler and a wrong policy may change the whole thing. to the state that may never be able to recover.

unfortunately.
