早陣子﹐在網上讀到這樣的一篇標題為《男子河邊唱歌被判罰款當唱K》的新聞稿。內容如下﹕

「兩年前在天水圍天影路河邊唱歌自娛,噪音影響附近居民一案,三男一女遭票控遊蕩罪。其中五十三歲男子在屯門法院被判罰款四百元。依靠綜緩過活被告表明接受裁決,不會上訴,罰款已即時繳交,當唱一次卡拉OK。被告強調天水圍要紓發壓力,會繼續表演,又指責現時政府提供的場地太偏僻。案中另外三名被告,部份被告稍後亦考慮認罪。」

我記得﹐那是來自《星島日報》的。所以﹐很有可能是錯誤報導。畢竟﹐那是一份在那個前英國殖民地上最垃圾的報紙。

假如﹐意外地那份比《文匯報》﹑《大公報》更加媚共的華文報紙沒有搞錯事實﹐我的確要開始擔心返回香港。

不好說我已經在愛爾蘭這個熱愛音樂的國家 - 當你在街上走﹐隨時聽到別人高歌﹐無論動聽與否﹔自己公司裡﹐大老闆經常一邊走路﹐一邊唱歌 - 居住了超過三年。從小﹐我便很喜歡唱歌。乘車﹑走路的時候﹐我都會有意無意地哼上一兩句。

當然﹐我不敢說我是在娛樂大家。畢竟﹐除了我自己外﹐我不敢肯定其他人是否也覺得聽我唱歌是一種娛樂。於是﹐我能夠肯定的﹐就是我在唱歌自娛。可是﹐根據那篇報導﹐假如有一個人受到我的歌聲影響﹐我便會隨時遭票控遊蕩罪。

香港竟然變成了這個樣子。竟然比一個極權國家還要恐怖。說這個前英國殖民地變得越來越像一個大陸沿海城市﹐原來是錯誤的。因為她已經變得比大陸任何一個城市還要白色恐怖。

讀著那篇新聞稿﹐覺得更恐怖的﹐是那三男一女竟然認罪(是這樣罷﹖那篇新聞稿交代得很不清楚。畢竟﹐是來自《星島日報》)。他們竟然接受裁決,決定不上訴。面對著這樣既無聊也恐怖的法律﹐大家竟然當眾宣佈投降﹐完全不去抗爭一下﹐這不是更加恐怖的一件事情嗎﹖

假如我們懂得站起來反抗﹐活在白色恐怖裡面﹐其實不是一件恐怖的事情。教人不寒而慄的﹐是活在白色恐怖裡面的人完全接受這種生活﹐完全不覺得有一點問題。

我今天早上正在想,如果返香港時沒錢,不如去街邊唱兩首歌,你估有沒有畀錢呢? :p

又或者想一舉成名的不如去街邊唱,博拉,跟著上頭條﹗

O U2. They are doing world tour at this moment. I think Paris shall be one of their stops. But most people like to watch them in Dublin. And Bono said the shows in Barcelona, Berlin etc were all rehersals for the home coming one.

Having said that, I'm not a big fan for them.

The first one. I don't think you will receive any. HK is no NY. Remember we are all taught by the older generations that never give any money to the beggars.

The second one. You won't be the first "arrested" for singing in public. Maybe try to be on the headline of NYT?!

Really can't understand why one can't sing in a park?????????
